2026 Annual Rendezvous

St. Ignace, MI

Registration for the 2026 Annual Rendezvous being held in St Ignace, MI begins January 18, 2026!

The price for the Rendezvous for GLGBA members and their guests is $250.00 per person.
The price for any non-member is $275.00 per person

Planning to Arrive by Boat:
For slip accommodations, the Harbor Master has asked for one single payment for all reservations from GLGBA. This request sets ups a unique circumstance for registering. As you register for the event, you will also register for your slip and be paying for the slip at checkout. The Harbor Master has blocked out all the available slips for the event so you will be unable to register for them on your own.

Important Notice: GLGBA Members need to sign into the website to register themselves & guests to attend.
The "Click Here to Register" button below only allows non-member guests to register for the event.

Tips for Navigating the Reservation Process

You may enter up to 6 guests for the event under your reservation

To register your Spouse, please look them up by using their last name. If they are not registered as a secondary member with GLGBA, then please register them as a Member Guest

Please enter each guest as a "Member Guest" to ensure the correct pricing

For slip reservations you may reserve up to 9 days on the reservation

Please select the LOA category that best fits your vessel and the number of nights you will need.

After selecting the category on the next screen, you will be asked a series of questions regarding your stay such as date of arrival, name of vessel, to complete the reservation.

All questions that have a red dot adjacent to them require a response.

Cancellation Policy for Event & Slip Reservations:

We hope you will not need to cancel your reservations once made, but if so, here is the cancellation policy for refunds.

Should you have a need to change any portion of your registration after it has been submitted, it will be necessary for you to cancel the entire reservation and enter a new one. You will be asked to pay again. It may take anywhere from 7 - 10 business days to receive a refund of your original reservation.

Rendezvous Event:
100% refund prior to 6/01/2026
50% refund 6/02/2026 - 06/15/2026
0% refund after 06/15/2026

Slip Reservations:
To cancel your slip reservation, you must contact Scott Heidler at 630-712-4009 or via email at Whodat54sx@gmail.com. prior to June 1, 2026. He will then cancel your slip reservation with the Harbor Master and contact the GLGBA Treasurer to issue a refund for the slip fees. Refunds for slip fees will be issued in the form of a check. Please note that slip fees are non-refundable after June 01, 2026.

After clicking on the Register Here button you will be directed to the registration page. Scroll down and above the "Register Now" button add yourself and your spouse. Then click the Register Now button and on the next screen click on the blue "Select Member" to search and add your spouse's information. The continue on through the registration.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Great Lakes Grand Banks Rendezvous. To commemorate the occasion, this years burgee will include a newly developed logo specifically for the event. Only rendezvous attendees will receive this limited-edition special burgee.

We strongly recommend the use of the CBP ROAM app. The app is available for download, at no charge, on the Apple App and Google Play stores.

Follow the instructions and create an account. Specific information that may be needed may include, but not limited to:

- All names, DOB, citizenship of all persons on board, including passport numbers;

- Name of the boat and/or registration number;

- Homeport and current location;

- Return contact number.
